PULP PACKAGING DESIGN:
The experienced design team will design the pulp packaging shapes,thickness and deformation zone with the products to be packed information.such as shape and dimensions of the products to be packed,weight of the products to be packed,internal dimensions of the cardboard boxes into which pulp packaging containing the products to be put.

Moulds and tools design :
The design engineers have been in the pulp packaging industry with many years professional experience and know the pulp packaging production process,pulp machines and pulp packaging well.all the design is finished with latest 3D CAD,Solidworks,Pro-E,UG software. All the pulp packaging design focus on the perfect design and products quality.

Rapid prototyping :
When the design is confirmed and approved,a rapid prototype will be done.
The molded pulp tray will be generated from the prototype tools.the customer will see the packaging performance with the products to be packed.such as drop test,transporation test,stacking and denesting... low volume moulded pulp tray samples will be supplied with the customer for the testing.
